BIM
Building Information Modelling (BIM) has take Computer aided design (CAD) to another level. Interacting with other engineers and stakeholders has been made seamless, and clashes, details and interactions are quick to spot and resolve. Changes are immediate throughout, and integration into other systems efficient and seamless. Construction site inspections can be tied to on-cloud projects, and designs can be compared immediately with on-ground reality. Requests for Information (RFIs) can be signalled on the drawings, and element specifications are immediate.
Green passive and active design software
In Zimbabwe and the region, we are fortunate with a mild climate, and intelligent solutions can help minimize the use of mechanical heating and cooling systems. We use a variety of climate, energy, lighting, temperature control software to ascertain that we have optimized our design, and that you get the best solution each time.
3D Architectural Rendering
Our 3D visualisation team have decades of experience in creating stunning CGI Images. Using the latest 3D visualisation software, our in-house design team can create photorealistic, interactive and cost-effective visualisations. Photorealistic CGI visualisations is one of the best ways of showing your creative visions, and significantly increase the chance of pitching a project, attracting new business or giving the customers an insight into the finished design.
3D Animations and VR walkthroughs
We offer architectural animations and 3D Flyover services which will give you and your clients a realistic 3D video of your next project. As design professionals in Zimbabwean, we also create interactive and immersive 3D VR experiences, enabling the purchasers to walk through and experience the future spaces with their own eyes. Drone surveying, images, videos and hyper-lapse
We employ drones to recreate the site and neighbouring structures and elements in our BIM environment in order to accurately design and plan the project. Terrain surveys and 3d models of existing elements can all be done using sophisticated image mapping software.
Drone Surveying and marketing videos
At Pantic Architects we also provide aerial images and videos of green field sites, construction site inspections, completed projects and can assemble them into presentation videos. These can be integrated with 3D animations to provide an aerial vision of future projects, a fantastic tool for marketing of developments. An amazing development are moving time-lapse videos (hyperlapse) of construction sites, showing progress through time that we also offer to our clients.
Architectural photography
Architecture photography is about more than just buildings. Architects create work spaces, environments and homes. Every building has its own character, drawn not just from how it looks but where it is, how it is used, and most importantly, how it feels. Our architecture photographers recognise the need to understand a place beyond just the exterior façade. Over decades we have honed the art of photographing buildings, architectural details, interiors, constructions sites.
Your photos are created with specialised cameras, lenses, drones and a range of post production software packages and techniques so as to achieve geometrically correct and, if required, ultra wide angle images. Images of the completed building for marketing purposes or websites, incredible details or aerial shots. We provide time-lapse photography of the construction process or through one day showing the movement of the sun and shadows.
